The Wicks Group is pleased to announce the recent addition of Mara Jenkins and Terra Dietrich to key positions with the firm.
Mara Jenkins joined TWG on November 1, 2023 as Director, Consulting Services. In this capacity, Mara will manage IASA Technical Assistance and other consulting projects for the firm and participate in new business marketing and staff development.
Mara brings to her TWG position more than a decade of experience with the US Federal Aviation Administration. She worked for the FAA on both domestic and international aviation regulatory topics and represented the FAA and the United States in multiple capacities. Her most recent FAA position was Chief of Staff for the Office of Aerospace Medicine, with responsibility for running the Executive Office for the Federal Air Surgeon and Deputy Federal Air Surgeon. Prior to that Mara served as the Special Technical Assistant to the FAA Associate Administrator for Aviation Safety, with responsibility for managing legislative and technical affairs, and in staff roles for the FAA Flight Standards Service and Office of Accident Prevention and Investigation. Mara holds a bachelor’s degree in government and politics from the University of Maryland and certificates in project management and conflict resolution.
Terra Dietrich joined TWG on October 16, 2023 as the firm’s Administrative and Financial Manager. Terra brings to TWG more than 15 years of management and special projects experience in the banking industry. She will be responsible for TWG financial management as well as human resources, and also will provide her expertise for firm projects.
Terra’s most recent position prior to joining TWG was Assistant Vice-President for Retail Banking at Presidential Bank. In that capacity, Terra directed to work of 10 specialists across various bank branches, regulated the wire department to ensure all bank wires adhered to the Uniform Commercial Code, and collaborated with the mortgage network to procure and manage a Home Equity Line of Credit pipeline averaging $66 million in financing.
Terra’s other positions in the banking industry included several management or supervisory positions focused on Deposit Operations and Electronic Banking transactions. In these roles she successfully led numerous special projects, including initiatives to reduce fraud, to institute a mobile remote deposit program, and to accomplish a major data migration. She also routinely analyzed electronic funds reports, Federal Reserve cash letters and supplementary customer data maintenance reports to assess and resolve any irregularities. Terra is in the process of completing a bachelor’s degree in social sciences.
