The Wicks Group serves a diverse group of clients in the United States, including passenger and air cargo carriers, airports, airport management companies and airport service providers, and hazardous materials shippers and transporters. TWG also has assisted several offices within the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Our scope of services to private sector clients in the US has included extensive regulatory and commercial transaction work for air carriers, manufacturers, and airports; aircraft acquisition and financing transactions; pre-litigation support and litigation services; hazardous materials transportation compliance and enforcement action resolution matters; immigration-related visa matters; and more.
Our scope of services to the US FAA has encompassed management consulting, program development, manual development, workgroup facilitation, and technical writing, among other types of assistance. Our FAA clients primarily have been within the Flight Standards Service (AFS 400), including the Flight Program Office, Flight Operations Branch, Flight Technology Requirements Branch, the Performance Based Flight Systems Branch, but our work for the agency also has involved projects that crossed multiple FAA lines of business, including Aviation Safety, Air Traffic Organization, and Regions and Centers.
